8 Data Retention

pkr97 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law.

• Technical and analytics data (IP addresses, session data, page-view logs) is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
• Cookie data is retained in accordance with the duration set out in Section 6.2, or until cleared by the user through their browser settings.
